then do an end-run, under dark rain-dappled skies, to UC Davis Library,
between 1 and 2am (pretty much simply because it can be done, given the extended hours of exam week) to do research for Opus 4,
specifically re Bela Bartok's Orchestral Suite No. 2 and Benjamin Britten's Simple Symphony. At last last moment, locate Dmitri Shostakovich's Two Fables of Kryrov... Over the course of the day, also email off the pdf parts to Igor Stravinsky's Scherzo Fantastique to all The Opus Project Orchestra players....
