weather continuing to warm up in sun and fog,


off to Diablo for Claudio Monteverdi's Tu se' morta from L'Orfeo, finishing up Student Compositions 1's. Return home to compose The Decameron - Third Day: VIII (24), score-study the Igor Stravinsky The Faun and the Shepherdess: II and first sheet of Anton Webern's In Swift Light Vessels Gleaming, Op. 2. 


In late evening,


head off to the


University of California Davis Library


to look at the score of Bejamin Britten's Phantasy, Op. 2. 


Back again late to pour over initial page of same.
